Green Tea

Green Tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Its origins started in China, but green tea has grown to be associated with many cultures around the world primarily for its vast health benefits. Some of the possible benefits include the treatment of various cancers, improving mental alertness, weight loss, lowering cholesterol levels, and protecting skin from the sun.
